A few words from Owner and President Aline Wildes
Like most companies, Fortune Personnel Consultants of Cambridge (FPC) has evolved over time. It’s our history that gives us the solid foundation from which we operate today. We have been shaped by the people who came before us, and are grateful for what we have been afforded as a result.
It all began with Joseph Genovese, when he and his wife Kathy moved from Long Island, NY to Massachusetts to open a new Fortune office, called Fortune Personnel Consultants of Boston. In a short span of time, Joe became highly successful, hired numerous search consultants, and his business grew in both size and reputation.
In 1993 I was recruited to join the FPC family. My own desk developed rapidly and with that Joe gave me more responsibilities including hiring, training and overseeing new search consultants. During this time, we hired Laurie Irwin (now retired), Joellen Lane and Chris Delgado whose success and contributions have become vital parts of FPC of Cambridge. None of us could get by without Evie Fraser our office manager who attends to a myriad of responsibilities keeping our work engines humming.
As Joe drew closer to retirement he approached me to buy this business and in order to accomplish this, we spun out FPC of Newburyport. In 2009 I approached FPC National for a new dba: FPC of Cambridge. I felt this name would better align with the biotech and pharma clients and candidates we serve. FPC of Boston was always a top-ten office, FPC of Newburyport followed suit, and today FPC of Cambridge shines in that same spot-light.
In short, we appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve our clients and candidates with integrity and thoughtfulness. Thank you for placing your confidence in us.
